Session terms

Plain-language notes about working with Scenic City Learning (Amanda “Mandi” Thurmond, M.Ed.) in Red Bank, Tennessee. This is not a lengthy legal contract — just what parents usually need to know.

Rate

Sessions are $40 per hour. Payment details are arranged when you book (payment is not taken through this website).

Where sessions happen

Sessions are at Mandi’s home in Red Bank. The street address is shared after booking — it is never published on this site.

Canceling or weather

Please cancel or reschedule by text at (929) 256-3772. The same number is best for weather delays or same-day changes. Give as much notice as you can when plans shift.

Recommendations

If you leave a recommendation on the site, it is emailed to Mandi and only appears publicly after she approves it. Approved notes show a first name and your words — never a child’s full name or a street address. See the Privacy page for how form and recommendation data are handled.
