Scenic City Learning is Amanda “Mandi” Thurmond’s K–8 coaching practice in Red Bank, Tennessee. This page explains what parents and visitors share with us online — in plain language.

Contact and intake forms

When you send the inquiry form on this site, the details you enter (your name, email, phone, child’s grade, optional child’s first name, support areas, and message) are emailed to Mandi through FormSubmit. FormSubmit may show a captcha. We use that email only to respond about sessions. We do not sell form data.

Recommendations

If you leave a recommendation, your first name, role, email, optional grade/town, and your words are emailed to Mandi the same way. Nothing is posted on the public site until Mandi approves it. Approved notes show a first name and the recommendation text — never a child’s full name and never a street address.

Child information

Child’s first name on the intake form is optional. Please do not send last names, school IDs, medical records, or other sensitive details through the website forms. Prefer call or text at (929) 256-3772 for anything sensitive.

First-party analytics

This site uses first-party analytics (a small log hosted for Scenic City Learning) to understand visits: path, approximate IP/geo, user agent, referrer, and basic events (such as page views and section views). That log helps Mandi see whether the site is working. It is not sold to advertisers.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 may be added later with a Scenic City Learning Measurement ID. Until then, first-party analytics above are the primary visit log. We do not sell analytics data.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not publish street addresses on this site. We do not ask for payment card numbers through these forms.
